TTAB, PRPS, and EFS-Web Maintenance
TTAB Maintenance
USPTO will perform server maintenance beginning at 12 midnight and ending at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13.
Users of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) will not be able to view any new documents or images during the maintenance period.
PRPS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) beginning at 12 midnight and ending at 5 a.m. on Thursday, August 15.
PRPS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
EFS-Web Maintenance
USPTO will perform system maintenance on EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency beginning at 1 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m. on Thursday, August 15.
Applicants should not file 371 National Stage Applications, follow-on submissions, Third Party Submissions, or online payments in EFS-Web or EFS-Web Contingency during the maintenance period.
