Trademark Systems Maintenance and MyUSPTO Maintenance affecting EFS Web, Private PAIR, and Financial Manager
Trademark Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, November 17 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, November 18 ET. The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. Users can access recent portable document format (PDF) versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available with reduced functionality.
- Trademark Electronic Application System – International will not be available.
MyUSPTO Maintenance affecting EFS Web, Private PAIR, and Financial Manager
The USPTO is performing monthly MyUSPTO maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, November 17 and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, November 17 ET. New users will not be able to register for a USPTO.gov account during maintenance. Access to EFS-Web, Private PAIR, and the migration and sponsorship tools using a USPTO.gov account will be unavailable. Please authenticate using a PKI certificate during the outage period:

The maintenance will also affect the ability for Financial Manager users to add new users or make changes to user permissions for stored payment methods during the maintenance period.
