TESS Technical Problems
The “Image List” display feature in Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) is currently not functioning. However, images will display when documents are viewed individually from the “Hit List.” The problem is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
