Multiple System Outages

TEASi Outage

The USPTO is currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties with Trademark Electronic Application System - Domestic (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System - International (TEASi) and users may be unable to submit forms. The problems are being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have a filing due today and the document cannot be filed via TEASi, you must use an alternative method of filing to ensure that the document is timely received by the USPTO. For additional assistance, please email TEAS@uspto.gov and include your serial/registration number and a screen shot of any error message that you are receiving.

TSDR Documents Outage

The Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) documents tab is currently unavailable due to an unexpected system outage. You will not be able to access documents. The problems are being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For additional assistance, please email TSDR@uspto.gov.

Additionally, links to TSDR are not be available from the following systems:

  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
  • Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)

 

ID Manual Outage

The Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) is currently unavailable due to an unexpected system outage. You will not be able to access the manual either through the stand-alone application or the TEAS initial application forms. The problems are being addressed by staff at the USPTO. Trademark Official Gazette Outage
