MyUSPTO Maintenance, USPTO Infrastructure Maintenance, Trademark System Maintenance, Systems Maintenance and Patent Maintenance Fees
MyUSPTO Account Maintenance
The USPTO is performing monthly MyUSPTO (my.uspto.gov) account maintenance beginning at midnight, Saturday, April 22 and ending at 3 a.m., Saturday, April 22 ET.
Registration for new MyUSPTO accounts will not be available during the maintenance. The maintenance will also impact the ability for Financial Manager users to add new users or make changes to user permissions for stored payment methods.
EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 22 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday April 22 ET.
EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

USPTO Infrastructure Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance which will impact the Trademark TMNG System beginning at 12:01 a.m., Monday, April 24 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Monday, April 24 ET.
The maintenance will also prevent use of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms.
The following systems will remain available during the maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.

Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront - Bulk Files
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 22 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, April 22 ET.
The maintenance will prevent users from submitting bulk payments or viewing bulk receipts and statements. Users will still be able to look up and pay maintenance fees for individual patents.
