Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront - Bulk Files
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 1 and ending at 4 a.m., Saturday, April 1 ET.
The maintenance will prevent users from submitting bulk payments or viewing bulk receipts and statements. Users will still be able to look up and pay maintenance fees for individual patents during the maintenance.
MyUSPTO Account Maintenance
The USPTO is performing monthly MyUSPTO (my.uspto.gov) account maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, March 30 and ending at 2 a.m., Thursday, March 30 ET.
Registration for new MyUSPTO accounts will not be available during the maintenance. The maintenance will also impact the ability for Financial Manager users to add new users or make changes to user permissions for stored payment methods.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG System beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 1 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 1 ET.
The maintenance will also prevent use of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms.
The following systems will remain available during the maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) except for initial application forms
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- TMNG-IDM
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademarks Search and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
PTAB E2E Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance on Patent Trial Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB E2E) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 1 and ending at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 1 ET.
Customers will experience an outage during this maintenance window.
