Maintenance on DOCX Feature in EFS-Web and Private PAIR
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the DOCX feature in EFS-Web and Private PAIR beginning at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, September 20 and ending at 5 a.m., Wednesday, September 20 ET.
During the maintenance period, you will be unable to file in the DOCX format or save any DOCX submissions within EFS-Web. You will also be unable to access the DOCX format within Private PAIR during this timeframe. However, you will still be able to file, save, and access PDFs in EFS-Web and Private PAIR during the maintenance period.
