Software Deployment
USPTO will perform a software deployment on the Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) system beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m. on Saturday, January 26. PAIR will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Application Maintenance
USPTO will be performing applications maintenance starting at 1 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, January 27. Many USPTO applications will be unavailable, including EFS-Web, EFS-Web Contingency, Private PAIR, Public PAIR, TEAS/i and TEAS.
In addition to the applications listed above, the external applications listed on the Online Business Systems page are also affected.
