RAM and Server Maintenance
System Maintenance
USPTO will perform system maintenance on RAM starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19.The following AIS's will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- RAM
- EFSWeb
- TEAS
- TEASi
- OEMS
- PRPS
- PAIR
- ESTTA
- eTAS
- ePAS
Server Maintenance
USPTO will be performing preventative maintenance in the servers housing PAIR and EFS Web. This maintenance will start at 12:01 a.m. and end at 4 a.m., Friday, December 21.
PAIR and EFS Web will not be available during this maintenance.
