PRPS Software Upgrade and EFOIA Software Upgrade
PRPS Software Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) software beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT and ending at 5 a.m. on Saturday, February 16. PRPS will be unavailable during the upgrade period.
EFOIA Software Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade the Electronic Freedom of Information Act (EFOIA) software beginning at 7 a.m. EDT and ending at 1 p.m. EDT on Saturday, February 16. EFOIA will be unavailable during the upgrade.
