Private and Public PAIR Problem Resolved and TEASi Payment Error Message
The problem were users reported they unable to access Private and Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our payment system for customers using the Subsequent Designation form. Users of this form may receive an “Internal Failure” error message after submitting payment information. Although the financial portion of the transaction completed, a technical glitch prevented the subsequent designation form from updating with the payment information. The problem is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
