Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, June 7 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, June 7 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Migration Tool
- Sponsorship Tool
- Electronic Filing System - Web for Registered eFilers (EFS-Web)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
If you need to file a new patent application, you can use EFS-Web for Unregistered eFilers or EFS-Web Contingency. If you need to file a follow-on submission, use an alternative filing method.

TTABVUE Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance on the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, June 7 and ending at 2 a.m., Friday, June 7 ET.
TTABVUE will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
