Planned Events

TSDR Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, January 11 and ending at 2 a.m., Saturday, January 12 ET.

TSDR will not be available during the maintenance period. Links to TSDR will not be available from the following systems:

  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
  • Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)

 

Multiple Systems Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 11 p.m., Saturday, January 12 and ending at 6 a.m., Sunday, January 13 ET.

 

The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • Migration Tool
  • Sponsorship Tool

 

Authentication with USPTO.gov account to EFS-Web and Private PAIR will be unavailable. Users will still be able to use their Public Key Identification (PKI) certificates to logon to Electronic Filing System - Web (EFS-Web) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR).

EFS-Web and Private PAIR Maintenance:

DOCX functionality will be unavailable. Specifically, users will be unable to file in the DOCX format or save any DOCX submissions within EFS-Web and will be unable to access the DOCX format within Private PAIR during the maintenance period. However, users will still be able to file, save, and access portable document formats (PDFs) in EFS-Web and Private PAIR.
