TEAS and TEASi System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, August 1 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
TTAB Reading Room Deployment
The TTAB Reading Room will be deployed for public users beginning at 1 p.m., Friday, July 31 and ending at 4 p.m., Friday, July 31 ET.
The Reading Room replaces the TTAB e-FOIA webpage.
Use the TTAB Reading Room to search TTAB final decisions and precedential orders. Cases can be searched by date, issue, and other criteria, as well as by text.

Feedback on the new TTAB Reading Room is welcome. Please send comments, questions and suggestions to TTABFeedback@uspto.gov.

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, August 9 and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, August 9 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).

If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending AIA case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End System (PTAB-E2E), you may use an alternative filing method.
