TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) application across two nights. The first will begin at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, July 20 and end at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 20 ET. The second night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, July 21 and end at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 21 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response times.
PEDS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS) system beginning at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 22 and ending at 1 p.m., Thursday, July 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, customers may experience a temporary disruption of service.
FAST 1 and FAST 2 Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the FAST 1 and FAST 2 systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, July 23 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, July 23 ET.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period.
OEDIS Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Information System (OEDIS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, July 23 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, July 23 ET.
During the maintenance period, OEDIS will be unavailable.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE), and TTAB Reading Room (TMNG-TTAB-FOIA) applications beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 24 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, July 24 ET.
During the maintenance period, the Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE), and TTAB Reading Room (TMNG-TTAB-FOIA) applications will be unavailable.
TESS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) application beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 25 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 25 ET.
During the maintenance period, TESS will not be available.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
EFS-Web Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) system beginning at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, July 24 and ending at 5:30 p.m., Sunday, July 25 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following applications will be unavailable:
- EFS-Web for Registered eFilers
- EFS-Web for Unregistered eFilers
- EFS-Web Contingency
- Patent Center
- Private PAIR
- Public PAIR
- Sponsorship Tool
EFS-Web applicants should submit Saved Submission packages prior to the maintenance period. After the maintenance, Saved Submission packages that were created prior to the maintenance may not render properly.
During the maintenance period, applicants can use an alternative filing method to submit patent applications and follow-on submissions.

X-Search Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the X-Search system beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 25 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, July 25 ET.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
TEAS and TEASi System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform
maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark
Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 8 a.m.,
Saturday, July 31 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 31 ET.
During the maintenance period,
TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
