BDSS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS), beginning at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, June 23 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 23 ET.
During the maintenance period, BDSS will be unavailable. Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Customer Interface (OEDCI), Patent Practitioner Search, Registered Practitioner Portal, and Exam Applicant Portal beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, June 24 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, June 24 ET.
During the maintenance period, OEDCI will be unavailable. Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
EFS-Web Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) system beginning at 11:30 p.m., Saturday, June 26 and ending at 5:30 p.m., Sunday, June 27 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following applications will be unavailable:
• EFS-Web for Registered eFilers
• EFS-Web for Unregistered eFilers
• EFS-Web Contingency
• Patent Center
• Private PAIR
• Public PAIR
• Sponsorship Tool
EFS-Web applicants should submit Saved Submission packages prior to the maintenance period. After the maintenance, Saved Submission packages that were created prior to the maintenance may not render properly.
During the maintenance period, applicants can use an alternative filing method to submit patent applications and follow-on submissions.
