Trademark System maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) systems beginning at 12 a.m., Thursday, June 10 and ending at 6 a.m., Thursday, June 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be impacted:
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
• Trademarks Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
• TTAB Reading Room will not be available.
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available, but all documents may not be viewable.
The following systems will remain available, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
Vendor Portal Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance on the Vendor Portal beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, June 11 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, June 11 ET.
Vendor Portal will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, June 11 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, June 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE), and systems that interface with them will be unavailable.
