Public PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR) in support of Patent Application Location and Monitoring - Infrastructure (PALM-INFRA) PROD deployment beginning at 1 a.m., Friday, April 16 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, April 16 ET.
During the maintenance period, there will be no outage to Public PAIR as the servers will be restarted in a rolling fashion.
TEAS and TEASi System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) on Saturday, April 17 from 12:01 a.m., to 5 a.m., ET and Sunday, April 18 from 12:01 a.m., to 5 a.m., ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be intermittently unavailable.

ESTTA Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic System for Trademarks Trial and Appeals (ESTTA) beginning at 10 p.m., Thursday, April 15 and ending at 1 a.m., Friday, April 16 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) system beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 17 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 17 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, April 17 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, April 18 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
• Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) may incur a brief outage.
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) may incur a brief outage. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Reading Room will not be available.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
TEAS and TEASi System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 24 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 24 ET.
During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.

You should file all saved forms and e-signature forms by 7:59 a.m., Saturday, April 24 ET. If you don't file these forms by that time, you will have to start the process again with new forms.
