Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG System beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, March 3 and ending at 6 a.m., Friday, March 3 ET.
Trademarks Search and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be impacted during the maintenance period.
The following systems will remain available during the maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) except for initial application forms
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, March 4 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, March 4 ET.
During the maintenance period, EFS-Web eFilers can continue to file applications and follow-on submissions; however, these submissions will not be made available in Public and Private PAIR until after the maintenance period.

OEMS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Order Entry Management System (OEMS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, March 4 and ending at 6:30 a.m., Saturday, March 4 ET.
During the maintenance period, OEMS will not be available.
PTAB E2E Maintenances
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Trial Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB E2E) system beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, March 4 and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, March 4 ET, and again beginning at 12:01 a.m., Monday, March 6 and ending at 5 a.m., Monday, March 6 ET.
PTAB E2E will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
