MyUSPTO Account Maintenance
The USPTO is performing account maintenance on MyUSPTO (my.uspto.gov) beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, April 13 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 14 ET. Users will not be able to register for new MyUSPTO accounts during the maintenance period.
The maintenance will also impact the ability for Financial Manager users to add new users or make changes to user permissions for stored payment methods.
Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, April 14, and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, April 15 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available with reduced functionality.
EFS-Web and Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the DOCX feature in Electronic Filing System on the Web (EFS-Web) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 14 and ending at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 14 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will be unable to file in the DOCX format or save any DOCX submissions within EFS-Web. Users will also be unable to access the DOCX format within Private PAIR during this timeframe. However, users will be able to file, save, and access PDFs in EFS-Web and Private PAIR during the maintenance period.
