EFS-Web Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the DOCX feature in Electronic Filing System on the Web (EFS-Web) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, March 9 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, March 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will be unable to file in the DOCX format or save any DOCX submissions within EFS-Web. Users will also be unable to access the DOCX format within Private PAIR during this timeframe, However, users will still be able to file, save, and access PDFs in EFS-Web and Private PAIR during the maintenance period.
Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance impacting Private PAIR beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, March 9 and ending at 2 a.m., Friday, March 9 ET.
During the maintenance period, Private PAIR will be unavailable.
