Global Dossier Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Global Dossier beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, February 9, and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, February 10 ET.
The Global Dossier will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
One Portal Dossier Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the One Portal Dossier (OPD) beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, February 9, and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, February 10 ET.
The One Portal Dossier will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
PTAB E2E Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Trial Appeal Board End-to-End (PTAB E2E) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, February 10, and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, February 10 ET.
During the maintenance period, PTAB E2E will be unavailable.
After the maintenance is complete, please clear your browser cache before accessing PTAB E2E.
EFS-Web Applicants
During the maintenance period, if you need to file patent applications or submissions, please use an alternative filing method.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) systems beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, February 10 and ending at 6 a.m., Sunday, February 11 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will not be available.
- Trademarks Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
Users of the impacted systems should save all work prior to logging off.
