EFS-Web Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, August 10 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, August 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, EFS-Web will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, August 11 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, August 12 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) may be intermittently unavailable.
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms may be intermittently unavailable.
Users should save all work prior to logging out of the impacted systems.
PTAB E2E Maintenance
ESTTA Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, August 11 and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, August 11 ET.
During the maintenance period, ESTTA will be unavailable.
