TSDR Emergency Release
OCIO is deploying an emergency release to Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) starting at 10 p.m. Saturday, September 8 and ending at 5 a.m. Sunday, September 9.
This release will fix the problem with the Mark Image not being displayed when searched by the Registration Number.
RAM Maintenance
OCIO will be performing maintenance on the Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM) system. RAM will be unavailable starting 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. Sunday, September 9. The following applications will be either unavailable or not able to send or receive data during the maintenance period:

System Maintenance
EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable from 12 a.m. until 6 a.m. Sunday, September 16 due to system maintenance.
