USPTO Call Center Delays

Due to technical problems, some USPTO Call Centers are experiencing longer than normal wait times.
The support teams are working to resolve the problems and appreciate your patience. An update will be sent out as soon as the problems are resolved.

Problem with EFS-Web Acknowledgement Receipt and Other System Generated PDF Documents


Due to a technical problem, the acknowledgement receipts for EFS-Web submissions filed between Aug 2,  9:40 p.m. and Aug 3, 10:25 a.m. (ET) are not yet available in Private PAIR. If you calculated and paid fees, your fee payment was successfully recorded in our payment system; however, the system generated fee transmittal was incorrect and needs to be corrected. Other generated PDFs have also been delayed, such as Web ADS, ePetition, eTerminal Disclaimer, and Web 85b.

USPTO is working diligently to address this issue and estimates that the delayed system generated PDF documents will be available in Private PAIR in 7-10 days.
