The Federal Small Business Procurement and Technology Plus Expo will primarily feature small businesses who would like to educate, provide information, and market their products and services to procurement representatives. Small business categories that will be represented include Small and Disadvantaged Businesses, Small and Woman Owned Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses, Veteran Owned, Native American Owned, 8 (a)'s, and HUBZones.
More than 40 exhibitors will showcase the latest industry standards and best practices as well as demonstrate innovative solutions for the federal marketplace. A sampling of the types of industries and subject areas that will be on hand includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Energy: solar power, greening
- Disaster Recovery: COOP, defense and homeland security equipment
