Join us as the Silicon Valley USPTO hosts the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Western Region-San Francisco presentation for small businesses and startups. FTC members will give an introduction to the FTC, discuss consumer protection laws and regulations as they apply to advertising and social media, and how to avoid scams that target small businesses.
