Patent Quality Chat Webinar - Silicon Valley Simulcast

Join us at the Silicon Valley USPTO office in San Jose to view the Patent Quality Chat webinar simulcast from USPTO headquarters.  The webinar will discuss "Rationale Statements in 35 U.S.C. 103 Rejections” and present findings based on data collected by the Office of Patent Quality Assurance for Case Study #4 on correctness and clarity of rationale statements in 35 U.S.C. 103 rejections.

Join the chat to discuss your experiences with obviousness rejections and how to improve them. Enhancing the quality of our work products is a part of USPTO’s continuous quality improvement efforts in partnership with our stakeholders.

After the webinar, a Silicon Valley USPTO resource supervisory patent examiner will lead a discussion.

The content of this event is for someone with intermediate to advanced knowledge of the patent system.

Not able to join us in person? Visit the Patent Quality Chat website for complete webinar participation instructions, upcoming events, and recordings of past events.

The event is free, but please RSVP by January 18.
