Introduction to Intellectual Property and USPTO Resources

Do you have an invention? An idea? Are you an author? Do you own a business and want your name protected? Come learn about intellectual property from the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as we lead an educational workshop with the Detroit Public Library Parkman Branch. The program will help you recognize what type of intellectual property you have, how to protect it, and free local resources.

This course is designed for small businesses, independent inventors, and entrepreneurs. This workshop will be held again on February 12, 2019 and March 12, 2019.

To RSVP for this workshop, please call (313) 481-1814. Space is limited.
