The USPTO Texas Regional Office will host a half-day seminar for IP attorneys and experienced pro se applicants. During this seminar, we will discuss application data sheets (ADS), oath and declarations along with hints and tips that will help aid applicants. We will also give an overview on petition’s practice along with a compilation of commonly filed petitions. This will be followed by learning about e-petitions and petition resources. The Office of Patent Legal Administration (OPLA) and the Office of Petitions will be on sight to conduct the seminar.
Parking is available at the venue for $4.00 and a buffet lunch is also available for $14.95.
