Dallas Area Paralegal Association (DAPA) IP Section is hosting a seminar at the Belo Mansion that will cover petitions filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Charles Kim, Acting Director of the Office of Petitions of the United States Patent & Trademark Office, will be the guest speaker. During this meeting you will be given an overview on petition’s practice along with a compilation of commonly filed petitions. This will be followed by learning about E-petitions and petition resources. One (1) hour of CLE credit is available for those who attend this seminar. There is a $5.00 fee for Non-Members of DAPA.
