Supervisory Attorney, Register Protection Office
Sarah Kunkleman is a Supervisory Attorney with the Register Protection Office in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Examination Policy. She focuses on register protection initiatives that address improper and inaccurate submissions, removes trademarks from the register when they’re not supported by use in commerce, and increases awareness of trademark scams. Sarah joined the USPTO in 2014 as a Trademark Examining Attorney and was a Staff Attorney in the Legal Policy Office prior to joining the Register Protection Office.
Sarah is a graduate of The Ohio State University and The George Washington University Law School and is a member of the D.C. and Virginia bars.
