On Thursday, February 10, 2000, from 1-2 p.m. (ET), Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks Q. Todd Dickinson, will be available online to answer questions from the agency's customers and the public on issues related to the work of the USPTO. This open online dialogue is the third for the PTO Commissioner, and is another example of the agency's commitment to the Clinton-Gore administration's policy of bringing government to the people. Participants can ask questions or simply observe the online dialogue by logging on to the USPTO's website at www.uspto.gov, then navigating to "Online Conversation with the Commissioner," and following instructions there.
Members of the Press Can Participate as Observers.
