USPTO Hour: Meet our intellectual property attachés

The USPTO’s Intellectual Property (IP) Attaché Program hosted a virtual USPTO Hour on Wednesday, December 10, from noon to 1 p.m. ET. 

The session provided the opportunity to get to know members of the team that advocates internationally to improve IP systems and assists U.S. stakeholders in all areas of IP. 

Attendees heard from the following attachés: 

  • Michael Mangelson, IP counselor for China and Mongolia
  • Rachel Bae, IP attaché for Europe
  • Cairo Jennings, IP attaché for the Mercosur region (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela)

Deborah Lashley-Johnson, Acting Director of the IP Attaché Program, moderated the session. A recording of hte session is now available.
