USPTO Hour: International perspectives on intellectual property

On Wednesday, September 10, the Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA) hosted its USPTO Hour. 

Attendees heard from members of the team that advises the USPTO Director on domestic and international intellectual property matters.

  • The history and structure of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
  • Why WIPO is important to U.S. stakeholders
  • Recent WIPO developments and notable WIPO work on the horizon
