PTAB Listening Session: PTAB Administration and Reform

Join the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on Monday, May 18, from 3-5 p.m. ET for "PTAB Administration and Reform," the third of our three-part spring listening series on high-interest topics related to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Two expert panels, moderated by USPTO officials, will explore suggestions for improving the Board's efficiency and effectiveness. About the PTAB

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board is a tribunal within the USPTO that reviews rejections made by examiners in ex parte appeal proceedings and adjudicates patentability disputes regarding issued patent claims challenged by third parties in trial proceedings under the America Invents Act (AIA).
