Patent Community Symposium

The Symposium aims to share updates about the USPTO's progress to date on the enhanced patent quality initiatives and to further discuss patent quality from stakeholders' perspectives. Stakeholders in the region are invited to participate at the Texas Regional Office of the USPTO where we will conduct live, hands-on workshops facilitated by senior USPTO staff, and provide a live viewing of the Alexandria, VA headquarters program.

• Learn how we are improving our process and work products to foster enhanced patent quality;
• Experience how we review examiners' work product to assess quality; and
• Gain strategies for enhancing your application filings, responses, and examiner interactions during prosecution.

There is no fee to register, but space is limited.  To register, visit
