Learn online how examiners approach examination of ranges

Want to be briefed on recent examination practice and procedure guidance on examination of ranges? Attend an interactive Virtual Instructor Led Training (vILT) course featuring recent training delivered to experienced USPTO examiners. The USPTO is approved for CLE credit in Virginia for this course.  

Examination of Ranges covers the examination of claims that contain ranges and identification of prior art relating to ranges.  Topics covered include how prior art should be applied to numerical ranges, anticipation and obviousness analysis as they apply to ranges, and optimization of ranges.
