The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will host a Saturday Seminar at the Denver satellite office on December 12, 2015. This free workshop is perfect for inventors and entrepreneurs or anyone looking for more information about intellectual property and effective business strategies. Representatives from the Denver satellite office and the USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, will be on hand to provide valuable resources, tips, and answer questions. Sessions will include an overview of patents, trademarks, patent searching, pro-bono and pro-se assistance, and an on-line filing demonstration for patent applications. There is no fee to register, but space is limited.
While parking is not available in the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building for USPTO visitors, there are number of parking garages located within just a few blocks of the building which are listed below. Metered parking is also available on the side of the building with a 2 – hour maximum. Note that the Denver Office does not validate parking.

Proceed to the building Security Desk and present a valid photo ID. The building security guards will contact the USPTO guard desk to confirm access and/or may be escorted by USPTO employee. They will direct you to the left bank of elevators. Preceded to the 14th floor and upon exciting, you will see the USPTO guard desk. Once you arrive, USPTO guards will assist you sign-in for admittance.
