Create and Innovate Tour: Local resources for inventors and entrepreneurs
What's happening?
We're launching the Create and Innovate Tour, designed to reach and empower innovators where they are. Join us to celebrate the grand openings of new Patent and Trademark Resource Centers (PTRCs) at libraries across the country. Take the opportunity to meet PTRC representatives who can help connect you with resources to protect your intellectual property and participate in guided workshops, networking sessions, and educational panel discussions.
Our network of 90+ PTRCs continues to grow at a rapid pace in communities around the country. We have quadrupled the PTRCs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and added PTRCs in states not previously served.
“We don’t want PTRCs to be the best-kept secret in innovation—we want everyone to know that there’s a key resource right in their backyard that can help them start and grow a business or protect their intellectual property," said Kathi Vidal, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO.
