Copyright Basics and Considerations for Entrepreneurs

Join the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Andrew Gerber of Kushnirsky Gerber PLLC for a discussion about what all entrepreneurs, small businesses, and start-ups should know about copyrights.

Mr. Gerber is a member of Kushnirsky Gerber PLLC. The core of his practice focuses on trademark, copyright, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, false advertising, and trade secrets. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products. Before starting the firm, Andrew was an attorney at Proskauer Rose and Kilpatrick Townsend, with a focus on intellectual property litigation. Andrew is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Michigan School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
