Programming Note
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing government shutdown, we have had to revise our plans. The Technology Expo and the IP and Innovation Celebration Day program scheduled for October 9th will not take place. Good news, the Entrepreneurship Clinic at the Western Office will continue in person as planned, and includes an expanded opportunity for a virtual option!
Please register and join us for the Entrepreneurship Clinic, in-person or online. In this clinic you will learn how to launch, protect, and grow your ideas with presentations on business basics, IP, contracts, commercialization, and more.
Space for in-person attendance is limited, and those joining us on site will also enjoy a post clinic networking reception.

The 10th Anniversary also features a mock hearing from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) that will be held on Wednesday, October 8. This hearing is live, open to the public, and includes three in-person PTAB judges.

Entrepreneurship Clinic
Location: Western Office – California Conference Room
The in-person portion of the event and networking will take place in the Western Office, where visitors must present either state-issued identification that is REAL ID-compliant or another accepted government-issued photo identification listed on the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration’s Acceptable IDs webpage.
