Reissue of RFA Solicitation

Based on the definition and acceptance of an international standard DTD and electronic filing standard, the USPTO is reissuing the Request for Agreement (RFA) for the USPTO Electronic Filing Partnership (60-PBPT-0-00001). The USPTO has provided additional information within the RFA solicitation document; therefore, respondents are advised to download and read the entire document before responding with a proposal.
