1. A compound represented by the general formula, or a salt thereof:
 wherein R1 is hydrogen and R2 is halogen or alkoxy,
R3 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkylamino group, or a protected or unprotected amino or hydroxyl group;
the ring A is thiophene;
each of m and n is an integer of 1 to 6; and
p is an integer of 2 or 3.
