| 1. A low-foaming, liquid detergent having antimicrobial properties, said detergent comprising:
water;
a combination of high-foaming surfactants comprising linear dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and an ethoxylated alcohol having
C9-12 moieties therein;
a pH control agent in a total amount to provide a pH of about 5.0 to 5.4 and comprising a combination of citric acid and sodium
hydroxide; and
at least one foam control agent, wherein the at least one foam control agent comprises:
at least one silicone selected from the group consisting of polydimethyl siloxanes, and a silanol derived from a silane;
perfluorinated acid;
and at least one component selected from silica particles, mineral oil, hydrophobic silica, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide
copolymer, and nonionic surfactant.
