1. A method comprising:
receiving, from a user equipment (UE) device via a private network, an attach request that includes a UE device identity (ID) value;
determining, based on the UE device ID value, a token from a non-private network, wherein the token grants the UE device access to resources in the private network, and wherein the token is one of a static token that is associated with the UE device over a first period of time, or a dynamic token that is associated with the UE device over a second period of time that differs from the first period of time; and
sending the token to the UE device and a network proxy device within the private network.
