1. A method for use with first and second contents respectively identified in the Internet by first and second Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) and stored in a web server, and for use with first and second client devices located in a same country, state or province, or city, the method comprising:
receiving, by the first client device from a first server over the Internet, the first URL;
sending, by the first client device to the web server over the Internet, the first URL in response to the receiving of the first URL;
receiving, by the first client device from the web server over the Internet, the first content in response to the sending of the first URL;
sending, by the first client device over the Internet, the first content in response to the receiving of the first content;
receiving, by the second client device from the first server over the Internet, the second URL;
sending, by the second client device to the web server over the Internet, the second URL in response to the receiving of the second URL;
receiving, by the second client device from the web server over the Internet, the second content in response to the sending of the second URL; and
sending, by the second client device over the Internet, the second content in response to the receiving of the second content,
wherein the first server is not a client device,
wherein the first client device comprises a first consumer mobile device, and
wherein the second client device comprises a second consumer mobile device.
