1. A method for use with a web server that responds to Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) requests and stores a first web-page that is identified by a first Uniform Resource Locator (URL), the method comprising:
storing, operating, or using, by a first client device, a client operating system;
periodically communicating, by the first client device, with a second server;
sending, by the first client device, a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) request that comprises the first URL to the web server over an Internet;
receiving, by the first client device from the web server, the first web-page over the Internet, in response to the HTTP request; and
sending, by the first client device, the received first web-page over the Internet.
