| 1. An endovascular thermal treatment delivery device comprising:
a longitudinal tube adapted to receive an optical fiber and adapted to be inserted into a blood vessel and a metallic reinforcement
element disposed along the wall of the longitudinal tube, the reinforcement metallic element being ultrasonically visible;
a tip disposed at a distal end of the longitudinal tube, the tip including one or more air pockets that provide ultrasound
visibility.
