| 1. A pole, comprising:
an elongated outer casing including a main body and defining a plurality of slots in said outer casing, each slot defining
the periphery of a detachable knock-out portion of said outer casing, wherein each slot leaves some connection between said
detachable knock-out portion and said main body; and
a coating covering said outer casing and substantially filling said slots.
